JLM Commercial represented Pipeline Research Council International, Inc. (PRCI) on the build-to-suit lease of its new Technology Development Center (TDC).  Located on 8.50 acres in Northwest Crossing Industrial Park, the complex features a state-of-the-art pull test facility, a 21,500 SF workshop and an additional 8,500 SF of office and meeting space.  The TDC is one of the largest independent pipeline testing facilities of its kind in the world.

JLM Commercial Advisors represented Bertling Logistics on the site selection and design/build of their office/warehouse building located at 19054 Kenswick Drive in Houston, Texas.  This facility totals 52,000 SF under roof and consists of 10,000 SF of office space.

JLM Commercial represented Tadano America Corporation on the build-to-suit of the 66,540 SF office/warehouse facility which serves as their master parts warehouse for North America.  The facility houses the administration office, warehouse storage and ship operations for Tadano’s American Crane Division.

JLM Commercial Advisors represented Goya Foods in the site selection and design/build of their 140,110 SF Goya Foods distribution facility.  The building consists of warehouse, dispatch, shipping, receiving, offices, test kitchen, and other ancillary support areas.  The facility includes a high load-bearing capacity structural floor system, large capacity cooler and freezer, specialty battery recharge system, high efficiency warehouse lighting, and a specialty bean processing room.
